- Directors view their student resumes in one place online and comment per event guidelines
- Event faculty reviews students by school, instrument, or other criteria as desired
- Selection and event status is communicated via TEAM email facility for the event
- Payment of any fees for the event may be collected online and managed by cutoff dates if desired
